Deadly Riots Erupt in Guinea After Disputed Football Match, Leaving Up to 100 Dead



 A controversial decision by a football referee led to violent clashes in Nzerekore, Guinea's second-largest city, resulting in reports of up to 100 fatalities. Disturbing videos shared on social media depicted bodies on the ground and chaos outside the match, which intensified after the disputed call. In response, angry demonstrators set fire to the local police station as violence spread across the city.
